Curriculum for a world class level education
Leaders International Schools (Leaders) are a series of preprimary, primary and secondary schools with uniqueness in shaping learners into leaders of tomorrow. Leaders believes in that all students have inbuilt talents and skills that make them unique in the world and our only purpose is to discover it, nurture it and release it for the betterment of mankind.
Leaders uses a system it termed HIISES (High Intense Interactive Stimulative Education System) which is a two tired system developing the student into a balance leader, excellent in academics and excellent in the softer skills of values, good heart and interpersonal skills that enables them to see themselves as part of a bigger society of other human beings.
HIISES is a three tired system with an intense Academic aspect and Critical Thinking (Left Brain) and Softer Skills of Interaction, Creativity, innovation arts, interaction with environment and people and environment encounters
Academic stresses excellence in Math, Science and Reading skills plus Critical Thinking skills
The Academic drills students intensely on knowledge and understanding to pass examinations. Objective testing based on standardized examinations are used to make the information at the students fingertips.
The critical thinking aspect of the Academic tire emphasizes understanding; explanations rather than straight answers, students working collaboratively in groups on problem solving.
The system is structured such that the students will develop knowledge and understanding in academic subjects and yet still teach skills that are needed for abstract thinking.
Second tier of HIISES is Interaction. This utilizes the right side of the brain for such skills as creativity, innovation, arts, music, interacting successfully with people and the environment
The third tier is Good and Happy Teachers. Teachers need to be well qualified, have good welfare and kept happy for great teaching of the students

We offer a broad curriculum that includes a wide range of extracurricular activities besides academics. Physical and mental development is intended to happen through indoor and outdoor sports, music lessons, dramatics, chess and debating, sports/football grounds etc.
Our School comprimise of pre-primary school classes with playing area. Each level of primary (PSLE) and secondary school has 5 classes comprising of maximum if 25 pupils each. The Seconday classes are from Form 1 upto Form 6 (IGCSE)
Our Programs include small class sizes for closer teacher learner interactions, year round enrichment programs, and international education to support academic excellence
