Leaders uses HIISES, High Intense Interactive Stimulative Education System that develops both the left brain (technical) and the right brain (artistic) with High Quality Happy Teachers to bring a well-rounded leading scholar versed in technical education and the arts and interaction with the environment and other human beings for a great society.
The HIISES system makes no qualms about being a highly intensive system. Like the systems that consistenly score top in the world in Countries like Singapore, leaders students are grilled intensely from basic levels to be excellent in math, science and reading. They are taught to do mathematical calculations without the use of calculators to inculcate strong mathematics base. They are taught the science in a practical interactive way with age appropriate experiments to develop early in them an inquisitive curios mind that thinks along the scientific method. They are taught reading skills to have phonetics associated with pronunciation and understanding from an early age. They get to be taught to have an affinity and liking for reading from an early age. Dependence on smart phones is discouraged during this stage except if it is for specific educational purpose. Studies have shown an aversion for reading books when young children get addicted to smartphones games and apps. The highly intense part of HIISES mainly focuses on the Left side of the Brain
The High Intensity education systems countries have been criticized for only concentrating on memorizing and passing examination without teaching students other softer skills that are also essential for life. The HIISES system was therefore designed to be highly interactive in many ways. This is to utilize mostly the right side of the brain that goes along with creativity, imagination, arts, interaction with other human beings, interaction with the environment and generally coping well and overcoming obstacles to bring a well rounded scholar and citizen. The learners are taught interaction through sports, arts, music, school trips, technology in education, clubs, Technical and artistic skills like drawing, technical drawing , woodwork/carpentry, etc are encouraged, conflict resolution to give them coping successfully with animosity and resistance that will certainly occur in their lives from time to time.
Technology is used extensively where necessary to provide 21st century stimulation and relevance for technosavvynes that could unleash their creativity
Leaders system of HIISES believes good and successful students are produced and bred by qualified and not just good but happy school teachers. Because of this belief, HIISES puts priority on the welfare of teachers, they need to be well qualified, but also prioritized so they are happy and not distracted by problems so they concentrate on teaching their students and giving them the good attention that will unleash their talent and potential.

The Leaders HIISES system is there well rounded; HI (High Intense) deals with the left side of the brain to grill intensely the student in feeding them information with understanding in order to pass examinations with flying colours, The I (Interactive) in HIISES deals with the Right side of the brain that teaches the artistic , creative and interaction with humans and environment gives the learner the skills to excel in real life by applying practical skills to even augment the left brain skills.
By their complementary nature, the HI and the I catapults the skills and capabilities of the Leaders learner to be a high well rounded achiever than one developed in one or the other.
As the learner progresses to complete their O levels, they graduate with a mandatory useable skill whether they will continue to technical or academic tertiary institutions. This system by exposing the student to many challenging activities of diverse faculties, the natural talents and passions of a student are discovered early in the learner and nurtured leading to the student graduating at O-Level or A-Level with a useable skill to make a living should they choose to do so.
In HIISES Parents Assistance is kept to a minimum (to not essential). Under the HIISES system, the parents are only required to minimally ensure their children study and do homework, not do it for them. There has been an outcry of parents who feel incompetent and overwhelmed to teach their students school work, especially coming back from work exhausted; they felt the teachers are abdicating their own part to them. However this does not absolve the parents from being involved in the academic progress of their children, but they just are not teachers but overseers and encouragers.
In HIISES, teachers focus on making sure that each of their students thoroughly move through the syllabus before moving on. By doing this teachers in teach a much more deeper type of instruction
Instruction language is English except for language subjects. This system has been shown to produce leading results in international examinations.
